Delivery Driver Matching Platform
Delivery staffing agency
Built a platform connecting delivery drivers with partner companies in three parts: a driver mobile app, an admin back office and a landing page.

Problem
Partner companies could not find drivers when they needed them, and drivers could not find work. The group chat that connected them kept no record of applications, so no one could check who took what and when.
Constraints
- The driver app, admin back office and landing page had to share one database.
- The whole app had to be testable with fake data before going live.
- Reports and disputes had to be handled, so changes to user status needed a history.
Solution
- 1
The flow from posting to application, confirmation and settlement uses the same concepts in both the app and the back office.
- 2
The three apps share one backend but are deployed independently.
- 3
Development, production and mock environments can be switched, so the full app flow can be demonstrated without real data.
- 4
The back office covers user management, report handling, notices and banners, and points, so operators can run it without a developer.
