Problem
Building management relied on paper notices and in-person signatures. Collecting consent forms on management association agenda items took especially long, and it was hard to tell whether a quorum had been reached.
Constraints
- These buildings fall under the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings, not the Apartment Housing Management Act, so existing apartment management apps could not be copied.
- Electronic consent could later be challenged, so the collection history had to be kept.
- As a government-supported project, results had to be delivered within a fixed period.
Solution
- 1
Residents use a mobile app, while management offices and headquarters use the web, matching the devices each actually uses.
- 2
Meeting notices and electronic consent collection are the core features, with consent status and quorum progress shown in real time.
- 3
A separate headquarters dashboard supports one company managing many buildings.
